There is no minimum educational entry level required, or previous experience that would not be considered – but only exceptional people with a desire to succeed and the ability to train to a graduate level should apply.
Previous successful graduates of the Flint Insurance training programme include people who have worked in larger Motor Dealers, Retail, Banks and Finance, and Travel and Tourism.
Candidates will be required to undergo a rigorous interview process, including ultimately presenting to a committee of senior management.
