Ellie Dunn, Client Relationship Manager

Ellie Dunn is Client Relationship Manager for Flint Private Clients, the small, but select department that looks after the home and motor insurance needs of high value individuals. At six months service Ellie is relatively new to Flint, but not to high net worth insurance, which she has around 10 years experience in.

Ellie comments:

“You could say that my day-to-day role is about sourcing high value property and contents insurance, but in practice it's much more than that. I don't have a 'standard' type of client and the service that Flint offers is about responding to the needs of our customer. 

“The common factor with most high net worth individuals is that they are extremely time sensitive, with very high service demands. Our clients also expect the technical knowledge that is required to properly look after their sometimes, very complicated, insurance arrangements.

“On the one hand I might have an international client who as well as insurance, requires more of a concierge type service to assist with security and other issues, including the demands of dealing with listed building status and on the other, I'm speaking to a client at 7am on a Sunday morning to help them with a claim.

“The thing about Flint is that we have a 'can-do' attitude – we find the insurance to fit our client and whilst many might assume all insurance brokers operate in this way – the fact is that they don't.

“We work closely with clients and ultimately gain their trust, which is better for everyone.”
